I believe the ranking is based off of the vicinity of players. 1. level 2. Em3rgency. · 5y. Can't be vicinity. A friend was level 12, had 30k on her, nothing in WH, and she was rank 1, while I had 80k on me, 400k in the warehouse and I was GRADE C. Not even ranked. Its somekinda magic I tell you.

This is how the WTA ranking works. The WTA ranking is based on the 52-week tennis calendar and is updated every Monday, except during the course of the Grand Slams and Indian Wells and Miami tournaments, simply because they are two-week events.
